Event Schedule

The first week of camp will start on Monday 17 June and end on Saturday 22 June, while the second week will start on Monday 24 June and end on Saturday 29 June:

WEEK 1 -> Monday 17 to Saturday 22
WEEK 2-> Monday 24 to Saturday 29

The training sessions are a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 12 (with the intensive mode option) from Monday to Saturday at the PalaCus in Udine.

Here is the schedule:

Monday: 1 practice in the afternoon
Tuesday: 1 practice in the morning and 1 practice in the afternoon
Wednesday: 1 practice in the morning and 1 practice in the afternoon
Thursday: 1 practice in the morning and 1 practice in the afternoon
Friday: 1 practice in the morning and 1 practice in the afternoon
Saturday: 1 practice in the morning

For those who sign up with the FULL Formula, check-in at the hotel will be guaranteed starting from 2.00 pm (with lunch not included), while checkout will be on Saturday morning.

The detailed program with starting times will be available within one month of the start of the camp.

For participants enrolled in Full Camp for both weeks, the full board stay on Sunday is also included in the price.

Age Range

The summer camp is open to boys and girls born between 2012 and 2003.

Participants will be split in groups by age.

Age exceptions might be considered by the organization.

N.B. Last installment by deposit must be paid within 40 days of the start of the camp.

Mandatory Documentation

In all cases, in order to finalize the registration and participate in the event, it is mandatory to send the following documents via email to info@ibaitaly.it .

EVERY MEMBER ENROLLED
- Proof of payment (bank transfer, paypal receipt / credit card)
Filled registration form + signed code (only if registered via bank transfer, will not be necessary for who is registering through our website )
- Sport medical certificate (to be sent at a later time, but necessarily before the start of the camp). If your country doesen't expect this kind of certification you will dont need it. Please contact us on or by email / social media

PalaCus

The event will take place at the PalaCus, a multifunctional sports facility equipped with three basketball courts and two lift weights room.
The PalaCus is located in Udine and can be easily reach by private vehicle or public bus.

Hotel Cristallo

The Hotel Cristallo is located in a central position, close to the main urban and extra-urban transport hubs, and in particular a two-minute walk from the train station, offering you every comfort for your business or leisure stay.

It represents a welcoming tradition in the heart of Udine, guaranteeing high quality and courtesy in service.

The rooms available to participants are twins or triple bedrooms. It is possible to request to stay with a friend as roommate during the registration process in the form below ( "other requests or communications" section)
